Happy birthday to me! 23 sudah..haih.first time celebrate birthday jauh dari family.
Selalunya, pagi-pagi of every 14th of July, umi will come knocking on my bedroom door, motherly she’ll smile at me and give her warmest hug to a child who’s still laying on the bed, under the quilt.
“hari ni hari jadi anak umi eh? Happy birthday!” –nada riang.
Abah pulak..mesti umi yang remindkan.kalau tak mesti lupa. Hehe.
“happy birthday,kakak..”-sambil peluk-peluk and he’ll chase the time, storming to his car and vrrooom! Off to his work place.
Tapi abah confirm will call me back, ajak dinner kat luar. Hehe.
Kak long, abang, adik- they’re the apples of my eyes. A simple wish from them makes my world a whole lot better than yesterday.
And then come the in-laws in my family, They’re so sweet, and I love them both.
Kalaulah ada flight ticket available earlier than the 17th one and way cheaper, I’ll surely have bought it.
Tak mengapalah. Di sini pun bagus juga sambutannya. Permisi dulu!
